Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Customized products (name/number printing, badges) are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return: 1) Visit our Support page or contact support@kelme.in. 2) Provide your order ID and reason for return. 3) Our team will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days. 4) Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are credited to your bank account.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. The new order will be subject to current pricing and availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
For eligible returns, pickup is arranged free of charge. If you choose to ship the item yourself, shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Customized products, undergarments, socks (once opened), items purchased during final sale, and items not in original packaging.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed. Contact support immediately for cancellation requests.
